PREFABRICA EULA 1.2

By purchasing prefabricates from PREFABRICA you are agreeing to the following terms of use:

SCULPT MAPS (textures):

- you CAN use the textures to create your own prims, which can be used in the builds you SELL in Second Life® or on the xStreetSL(TM)

- you MUST NOT sell or give away the sculpt map textures to any third person in Second Life® or share these textures with anyone outside Second Life® including but not restricted to websites and other virtual worlds.

- we sell the sculpt maps NO MOD and protected by an ALPHA CHANNEL.

SCULPTED PRIMS:

- you CAN use the pre-created prims in the builds you SELL in Second Life® or on the xStreetSL(TM)

- you MUST NOT distribute the pre-created prims or prims created using PREFABRICA sculpt maps with COPY+TRANSFER or FULL permissions.

3D .obj SOURCE FILES:

- YOU CAN download the source files to your computer and work with them in any manner you feel appropriate.

- YOU CAN upload the sculpt maps created from the files to Second Life® and use the prims created from the sculpt maps in your builds or products.

- YOU MUST NOT share these source files or sculpt maps created from the source files with anyone in Second Life® or outside Second Life® including but not restricted to websites and other virtual worlds. This also applies to modified source files based on PREFABRICA source files.

- YOU MUST NOT distribute the prims created using the source files with FULL PERMISSIONS or COPY/TRANSFER.

- YOU MUST NOT upload or use the sculpt maps in any grid or OpenSim server other than the official Second Life® grid.

SHADOW MAPS (textures):

- you CAN use the textures for texturing the builds you SELL in Second Life® or on the xStreetSL(TM)

- you CAN download these textures to your computer and modify them if needed. Again you can use the modified textures for texturing the builds you SELL in Second Life® or on the xStreetSL(TM)

- you MUST not sell or give away the original or modified textures to any third person in Second Life® or share these textures with anyone outside Second Life® including but not restricted to websites and other virtual worlds.

SCRIPTS:

- you CAN use the scripts in the builds you SELL in Second Life® or on the xStreetSL(TM)

- you MUST NOT distribute the scripts with MODIFY permissions or the scripts' content to any third person in Second Life® or outside Second Life® including but not restricted to websites and other virtual worlds.

TEXTURES:

- you CAN use the textures for texturing the builds you SELL in Second Life® or on the xStreetSL(TM)

- you CAN download these textures to your computer and modify them if needed. Again you can use the modified textures for texturing the builds you SELL in Second Life® or on the xStreetSL(TM)

- you MUST NOT sell or give away the original or modified textures to any third person in Second Life® or share these textures with anyone outside Second Life® including but not restricted to websites and other virtual worlds.

SOUNDS AND SOUND FILES:

- you CAN use the sound files in the builds you SELL in Second Life® or on the xStreetSL(TM)

- you MUST NOT distribute the sound files with COPY+TRANSFER or FULL permissions.

- you MUST not sell or give away the original or modified sound files to any third person in Second Life® or share these sound files with anyone outside Second Life® including but not restricted to websites and other virtual worlds.

FREEBIE LINE:

- you CAN distribute the builds created with PREFABRICA free sculpt maps and shadow maps freely in Second Life® or on xStreetSL(TM)

- you CAN distribute the free packages as they are in Second Life® or on xStreetSL(TM). However such distribution must be FREE OF CHARGE.

- you CAN use our free products in the builds you SELL in Second Life® or on the xStreetSL(TM)

- you MUST not SELL the free sculpt maps or pre-made prims from the free packages as they are.

OPEN SIM, OTHER GRIDS and SERVERS:

- you CAN import the above mentioned PREFABRICA products to your personal OS based server for testing purposes. The server must not be publically accessible.

- you MUST NOT share or upload any of the above mentioned PREFABRICA products in any OS based GRID or server open to public.

- you MUST NOT share or upload any of the above mentioned PREFABRICA products in any grid other than the official Second Life® main grid (Agni) and the test grid (Aditi).

- the use of the above mentioned PREFABRICA products in "Nebraska" servers and SL Work Marketplace is subject to a special licence and the standard licence doesn't cover this kind of use.
