Racing!

The racing circuit we started just for fun seems to be attracting more and more attention. We have daily peaks of 15+ racers, but we've also seen 20 of them! The track itself received two major enhancements recently. The first are real starting lights that anyone can use to launch their races easily; the second is even better: your personal lap timing HUD. With six checkpoints and precise timing it is quite a challenge to perform well. We found another fair use of the 2.0 viewer's capabilities: at gp.bytegang.com there's a realtime top ten display - and it's available inworld in the paddock area too.

Beside the track improvements we have another great news: the new line of motorbikes! It's code name being SGP500 it comes in two variations: the white/blue FESTA and sexy red/black GiroRosso. Both the bikes are built to perform on the race track and you can be sure the best lap times on Corse GP track are owned by those.

I'm really happy about the community that emerged around the circuit almost instantly - it's fun to ride the track and fun to stay in the paddock and just watch and chat. Be sure to join the Corse GP group and stay in the loop.
