We're finally ready with the sea version of the P-1 Passenger airplane - welcome the P-1 SeaKite! As it's name suggests, it's floating - an ideal tool to explore the vast waters of Blake sea with all it's islands and underwater beauties. PREFABRICA - 08-10-2010

A lot of things happened during the last month and we're posting the info in batch again. Let's begin with flying. We have released the P-1 CloudKite - a 4 passenger small airplane, a fun-to-fly plane yet coming with a very advanced flight model. It's super low-lag, has many cool features like shared controls or yoke trims and certainly has the beloved texturing jobs options. The cool new flight model of this bird has literally forced us to update the Sparrow and RazorBill to next versions (2.3 and 1.2) too - available immediately. The RazorBill got a new texture job - the black Pirate edition - there simply was too many requests for this paint. Not just that, we've got a new beautiful red colored Airshow paint for the Sparrow. Actually it might be a good idea to check out the Second Flying gallery on our facebook. There's a gallery of all the available paint jobs of all the birds we got.

SLPG airport itself has some news too: we've opened the long planned public Aero School. What does that mean? Well first of all, there's a public CloudKite in school colors available freely at a rezzer. Anyone can sit in, take a couple of friends and depart for a sightseeing flight over Blake Sea. Another good feature of the school is the ever growing collection of instructions panels. Those help understanding the controls of the airplanes as well as some of the most important basics of the art of SL flying. Check out this new public service by Pefabrica... and tell your friends - flying over Blake Sea is one of the must try things in the metaverse.

Another thing that debuted recently under the brand is the Cities series of prefabricated ready made buildings. It's launching with two pieces and many more to come - prepare to be able to build your whole cities purely out of our resources soon... The first of the builds is the Gasoline Station. I'm pretty confident saying it's one of the best builds we've produced so far. Pre-baked shadows, wise use of sculpties as well as standard prims, small footprint and low prim count. The second prefab build we're introducing is the first of the Mall / Office / Store series. Those designer constructions are multi-purpose, fitting into almost any urban setup and the certainly give your meta-presence some style. Use them as your company's headquarters, store for your brand's products, or just furnish them and enjoy a classy living. The MESH section has got two new standard sculptie sets. First is the supercheap Ribbons set. Easily tintable, useful ribbons in two shapes. Prizes or memorial events being the obvious use cases for this L$190 cheapie.

Now the second piece seems to be much more interesting. Because the Corse GP racing circuit was recently introduced into the Destination Guide and our motorbikes are becoming more and more popular, we decided to give the other talented people a shot. Yes, that's right, Prefabrica releases a 30prim motorbike builder's kit on popular demand. I've already seen some first bikes made out of this kit and we're definitely going to have a lot of fun on the racing track with the new 3rd party beauties. PREFABRICA - 07-14-2010

There's been a lot going on lately and things are moving fast. Again we're updating the info in batches :) First let me introduce the new texture packs we've got in the IMAGE section:

Today we're putting out two brand new animated pieces from the Neon sets line, along with the cool oldbie cartoon anims that were first seen in the Bios metaclub. These anims are accompanied by the next set of popular Belts textures for the apparel designers. All of them available in the IMAGE section inworld, teaser attached to left.

Then there's the airplanes. We've built a SLPG Prague public airport in the Blake sea area. It's open to public for beautiful flights over the 120+ connected water regions. The airport became quickly one of the prime destinations with the Blake/Nautilus area and I definitely am very pleased with that fact. There will be more development and you're most welcome to start your explorations here.

The airplanes also got an update recently, improvements in stability and perfomance, and the sugar on top - we're now offering paint jobs for the Sparrow as well as RazorBill. The will be more of both airplanes and paint jobs, rest assured.

Also there was a shift in our expansion plans which resulted in the Bay City parcels being for sale. Check them out, they're fully developed by PREFABRICA and the objects are included in the sale. You won't find many parcels that are more exclusive. SLURL of the location

PREFABRICA - 06-25-2010

In our everlasting effort to make the grid a more beautiful place, we're announcing two new public service locations on mainland. We'll get to them right after I introduce a product that we're all very excited about here: The PREFABRICA F-1 RazorBill is a two seat small training jet aircraft, very elegant and with advanced features like camera controls, the ability to set the plane to owner, group or everyone, and a great HUD instruments panel with a new functioning IVSI indicator. xStreet link for this beauty. Also, the A1 Sparrow got updated and now has the same cool new features. Both models come newly with a non-scripted low-lag display model with pre-rendered shadow for more realism.

Now, such two beauties need a place to land and take off from, right? Flying over isolated private islands is not that much fun it seems. The solution is mainland of course. And to be more specific, the most beautiful area of it, the Blake sea, a rare spot and in fact the only case where Linden mainland meets the private sims. Blake connects the Nautilus continent in the west with the United Sailing Sims in the east. The area has a pretty dense air traffic with a lot of airstrips around the ocean; they allow very fun and stylish way of exploration. We have built an airport in the ourskirts of Blake, on the St Diabloux region. Direct access to linden ocean gives us a great way to reach the free and low lag waters full of yachts and islands to explore. Take a tour from the SLPG Prague International! We're a part of the official Blake Sea ATM.

Now there's not just water to mainland. One of the most exclusive areas, the Bay City has hosted a Dirty Lynx club for a long time. The times change, the BIOS metaclub on Bytegang is almost ready to open, so the whole place got a new look. Fitting in the city theme, low prim and very good looking, with such locations we're indeed trying to make the mainland better for everyone. The gas station has a small store with our vehicles and aircrafts, a couple of places to hang out, and the very same free bike rezzers that are found in Corse GP. Gothic and ancient greek/roman style, ready-to-go realistically textured, and in both fullperm and mod+copy versions. Three new jacket prefabs on the store! Two new ladie's style and one unisex sleeveless vest - we're about to please our fashion designers again I guess :) Not just that, the office line has the seventh addition too. Rather fit for virtual conferencing, a long variable table with scripted and animated chairs.
